-Inket Heat Transfer Paper
-JET PRO® SS (9811P0) Heat Transfer Paper for white and light colored fabrics is the easiest to use and has the least “hand” or feel. Cotton, cotton blends and synthetics work well for garments. The graphic is printed on the JET PRO®SS with a reversed image on an inkjet printer. The transfer is placed face down on the garment and heat pressed with heavy pressure for 30 seconds at 375°F. Immediately peel the backing paper from the garment. For the best “hand,” stretch the garment while hot. This product can also be peeled warm or cold. This product can be hand ironed.
-JET OPAQUE®II (9754P0) Heat Transfer Paper is for dark fabrics and is the best product for photo-quality prints on cotton, cotton blends, and synthetic fabrics. This product can be die or kiss-cut and moved with tape. Print the image right reading. Then the image is cut or trimmed peeled from the backer sheet, and placed face up on the fabric. An ironing sheet is used to protect the ink and is heat pressed with medium pressure for 30 seconds, at 350°F. The ironing sheet is removed when cold. This product can be hand ironed.
-JET PRO® Active Wear (9830P0) Heat Transfer Paper is for stretchy, synthetic fibers including performance fabrics. It has the least “hand” and is very wash durable on synthetics. The graphic is printed on JET PRO® Active Wear in reversed/mirrored image, placed face down on the fabric, and heat pressed with medium pressure for 20 seconds at 375°F. Immediately peel the backer paper from the garment. For the best “hand," stretch the garment while hot. This product can be hand ironed.
-3G JET-OPAQUE® (9838P0) Heat Transfer Paper is designed for transferring inkjet images to dark or other colored garments and substrates including T-shirts, sweatshirts, mouse pads, leather, along with other garments. 3G JET-OPAQUE® offers a softer hand, and allows for photo-quality transfers with a white base. The process is to inkjet print the image on the paper right reading. The image can be plotter cut or trimmed as desired. Peel the backing paper from the image and place the printed film face up on the garment. Add a pressing sheet such as parchment to the top, and heat press for 30 seconds at 350°F using medium pressure. The image should be cold before removing the ironing sheet.
Laser Heat Transfer Paper
-TECHNI-PRINT® 4.0 (9810P0) Heat Transfer Paper is for white and light colored fabrics and is the easiest to use and has the least “hand” or feel in laser printing. The graphic is printed on the TECHNI-PRINT® 4.0 Paper with a reversed/mirrored image on a laser printer or color copier. The product may be trimmed if desired. The transfer is placed face down on the garment, and heat pressed with heavy pressure for 30 seconds at 375°F. Immediately peel the backing paper from the garment. For the best “hand,” stretch the garment while it is still hot. Indigo certified 5000 series.
-LASER-ONE-OPAQUE® (9753P0) Heat Transfer Paper is for dark fabrics and the best product for photo-quality prints on fabrics. This product can be die, kiss or plotter cut and moved with tape. The laser printed graphic is cut or trimmed, peeled from the backer sheet and placed face up on the fabric. An ironing sheet is used to protect the ink and a single layer of fabric serves as a top pad. Heat press with medium pressure for 30 seconds at 350°F. The ironing sheet is removed when cold. Not Indigo certified but frequently used.
-PHOTO-TRANS® Plus (2037P0) Heat Transfer Paper is for light colors and is made for fuser oil based copiers. The graphic is printed with a laser color copier in reversed/mirrored image, placed face down on the fabric and heat pressed with heavy pressure for 25 seconds at 375°F. Immediately peel the backer paper from the garment. For the best “hand," stretch the garment while it is hot.
-IMAGE CLIP® Laser Light (9770P0) Heat Transfer Paper is designed for the heat transfer of full color images with fuser oil or oil-less laser color copiers or color laser printers to items such as T-shirts, handbags, mouse pads, leather articles, art papers, etc. IMAGE CLIP® works well on cotton, cotton blends, and polyester. There is no need to trim the paper. IMAGE CLIP® Transfer Paper is self-weeding and leaves no background plastic polymer. Print a mirrored/reversed image on the ‘imaging sheet’. Press the imaged sheet to the ‘transfer sheet’ and place on the heat press. Heat Press using a foam pad with heavy pressure at 210°F for 20 seconds (not using foam pad; 210°F using light pressure for 20 seconds). Separate papers while still hot. Press image face down on garment and press at 375°F for 20 seconds using heavy pressure. Peel while still hot.
-IMAGE CLIP® Laser Dark (9849P0) Heat Transfer Paper is designed for the heat transfer of full color images with fuser oil or oil-less laser color copiers or color laser printers to dark and bright colored items including: T-shirts, handbags, mouse pads, coasters, leather articles, art papers, etc. IMAGE CLIP® Laser Dark works well on cotton, cotton blends and polyester. There is no need to trim the paper. IMAGE CLIP® Heat Transfer Paper is self-weeding and leaves no background plastic polymer. Print mirrored/reversed image on ‘imaging sheet’. Press the imaged sheet to the ‘transfer sheet’ for 20 seconds using heavy pressure at 250°F. Separate while still hot. Place imaged sheet face down on garment and press for 25 seconds using heavy pressure at 375°F. Peel once Cold.
-DURA-TRANS® (2051P0) Heat Transfer Paper is made for light colored fabrics and substrates using fuser oil based copiers and Indigo. The graphic is printed with a laser printer or copier in reversed/mirrored image, placed face down on the fabric and heat pressed with heavy pressure for 25 seconds at 375°F. Immediately peel the backer paper from the garment. For the best “hand," stretch the garment while hot. Indigo certified 1000 and 3000 series.
-PHOTO-TRANS® SC (0908P0) Heat Transfer Paper is made for light colored fabrics and substrates, including wood and leather. The copiers are fuser oil based and Indigo. The graphic is printed in reversed/mirrored image, placed face down on the garment and heat press with heavy pressure for 30 seconds at 375°F. Peel the backer paper from the substrate while still hot. This product has a heavier “hand” and is durable on many substrates. Indigo certified 1000 and 3000 series.
-IMAGE CLIP® Koncert T’s (9847P0) Heat Transfer Paper is designed for the heat transfer of a white image to pastel, dark and bright colored items including: T-shirts, handbags, mouse pads, coasters, leather articles, art papers, etc. IMAGE CLIP® Koncert T’s works well on cotton, cotton blends and polyester. There is no need to trim the paper. IMAGE CLIP® Koncert T’s Heat Transfer Paper is self-weeding and leaves no background plastic polymer. Laser print a reversed/mirrored image on ‘imaging sheet’. Place ‘imaging sheet’ to the ‘transfer sheet’ and press at 250°F for 20 seconds using medium pressure. Peel the papers apart while still hot. Press the treated ‘imaging sheet’ facedown onto the garment and press at 375°F for 25 seconds using heavy pressure. Peel the paper from garment once cold.
-MUGS’n MORE (9710P0) Heat Transfer Paper is designed for use on hard surfaces including mugs, cups, tiles and other glass, ceramic, wood or metal surfaces. The image is printed in reverse image, cut to fit the mug, and secured in a mug press or with a band. Although there is a lot of variation in mugs and presses, 2 minutes as 250°F should adhere the toner. Remove the mug from the press carefully and run under cold water to peel the paper backing.
